Returns

Returns are accepted on non-sale items in original condition, with tags intact, if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us immediately via Instagram @label_yazh or email yazhbynisha@gmail.com.

A clear, unedited full unboxing video (no cuts or pauses) from the moment of opening is mandatory for verification. Without this, we will not be able to process any claims.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders are made to order, hence cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds are only considered in genuine cases of damage or issues, subject to approval after reviewing the unboxing video. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
